the plan lyrics

I've got this plan,
We've both been hurt...
Just trust in me,
And it will work...
Just come and run away with me...
We'll live together happily...

Please understand,
This is my plea...
And this could be our destiny,
Just come and run away with me...
We'll live forever happily...

Let's run away from this place,
And we'll always be happy...
Let's run away from this place,
And you will never cry...

Had about enough of my heart being broken,
Had about enough of cruel words being spoken...
I would never hurt you,
You would never hurt me...
So come and run away with me...

We'll leave everything behind,
We'll never have to be hurt again...
You can always count on me,
I will always understand...

So come and hold my hand...
