shades of purple lyrics

I'm riding on the wind tonight
Racin' past the stars at the speed of sound
At the speed of sound
A suicide in overdrive like a fireball
Burin', raging towards the ground
You won't slow me down

I'm a fireball, speed king, highway star
Like a bat outta Hell I'm headed for the sky
Watch me fly

Flying to the rising sun
Chasing the thunder back to the demon's eye
To the demon's eye
Climbing past the Milky Way
I'll reach the heavens long before I die
Watch the sparks fly

I'm a fireball, speed king, highway star
Like a bat outta Hell I'm headed for the sky
Watch me die

My mind is busy spinnin'
As I see the reaper grinning in my head
As I lie here barely breathin'
I can see the ground beneath me turning red
I can hear the sirens blaring
As I take my last breath starin' at the sky

??? burning faster
Suicide in overdrive
Suicide in overdrive
Suicide
Suicide
Suicide in overdrive
