Artist: hermes house band
Song: me & margarita
On a holiday in Spain,
I was travellin' by train.
Margarita was her name,
and she called me señor.
He was sitting next to me,
out of curiousity,
well that is what he said to me,
so it had to be amoure.
### Ref:
Me and margarita, happy as can be.
We were kissing in the moonlight,
we were walking by the sea.
Me and margarita, my spanish girl and me.
We were going to last forever,
but we lasted just a week.
La La, dam dam etc.
We had a teriffic time,
with summerlove and summerwine.
We felt shivers down our spine,
so untill he had to go.
It was hard to say good bye,
I didn't have an alibi.
I saw Margarita cried,
I never felt so lone.
### Ref:
Me and margarita, happy as can be.
We were kissing in the moonlight,
we were walking by the sea.
Me and margarita, my spanish girl and me.
We were going to last forever,
but we lasted just a week.
La La, dam dam etc.
Oh Margarita, my little spanish bombida.
Now I'm drinking Margaritas,
and trying to forget.
But everytime I order one,
I think of her instead.
Me and Margartia,
anyone could see.
We were going to last forever,
but we lasted just a week.
And I sing: La la, dam dam etc.
Me and Margarita..
One more time..
Hey hey..
Me and Margarita,
happy as can be.
